Comments:
There are many other access points to the trail that I did not mention. Some are obscure logging roads, steep climbing trails, and some are short bushwacks where the trail comes near FS 600-2, 600-1, the Scenic Drive, FS500, or a gas pipeline. Also, there are some sections where there are no easy shortcuts and one must actually hike in a few miles and enjoy their good time in the woods! Some examples of these are the wilderness areas, but also include Horn Mt. (due to a difficult drive), Hillabee Creek Valley, Oakey Mt., and Indian Mt.

It takes a lot more time (and money) than most people realize to keep our trail in great shape. Any comments, corrections, additions, and most of all, volunteers, are more than WELCOME.
